I founded Siteline Recruitment because I saw the same problem playing out across the UK construction industry: growing contractors spending £19,000+ per Project Manager placement, getting inconsistent results, and starting from scratch every time they needed someone.

I work exclusively with SME contractors, regional housebuilders, and design & build firms. Companies with 10 to 250 staff that don't have the recruitment capacity to keep up with their hiring needs. My sole focus right now is the role that keeps every project moving: Construction Project Managers.

I know the difference between a Commercial PM and a Civil PM. I understand JCT and NEC contracts, what CSCS and SMSTS mean on a CV, and why a PM who's only managed £2m refurbs isn't ready for your £15m new build. That specialism is what separates Siteline from generalist agencies who recruit across every industry.

My model is different from the agencies you've used before. I don't charge per placement.
